Harvested at dawn in Kyoto's Uji district by our partner, Tanaka-San, where green tea has been cultivated for over 800 years.

The morning mist still clings to the hillsides when Tanaka-San begins his work. His family has tended these tea gardens for seven generations, understanding that the best flavors emerge when tradition guides the hand.

This blend honors that wisdom—combining the nutty warmth of toasted sesame with the oceanic depth of hand-harvested nori, brightened by precious yuzu peel and grounded by earthy shiitake.
