Our partner farmers in the Khorasan province hand-pick each saffron crocus at first light, when the precious stigmas hold their deepest color and most intense aroma. This centuries-old practice yields the world's finest saffron.

We've paired these precious threads with warm Iranian cinnamon, aromatic green cardamom, tangy Persian lime, and delicate rose petals—a symphony of flavors that transforms every dish into a celebration.
